We are a small, family owned and run business in Perth, Western Australia. Maria is an Early Childhood Teacher with 9 years of experience and Jonathon is a writer with a passion for books and together we are the husband and wife team behind Your Teacher's Pet Creature.

We have spent the last couple of years developing Your Teacher's Pet Creature into a series of books and multiple products, designed to assist you with behaviour management, emotional regulation and social skills in your early learning environment.

The email that includes your digital resource's link is automatically emailed to the email that you provided us on your order. Our email sometimes may end up in your spam folder, so we ask that you please check there before emailing us. If for some reason you still cannot find the email, then send us an email to info@yourteacherspetcreature.com with your order number and we can resend that email for you.

If you are placing a large order and wish to use our digital resources throughout the school or with multiple teachers, we offer a $5 licence per Mega Bundle and per class it is to be used in.

For example, the Emotional Regulation Mega Bundle is $40 as your initial purchase. If you are wanting to use this resource in 6 different classes, the cost will be $40 + ($5 x 5) = $65 for 6 licences.

We have designed our Pet Creatures to assist with a certain concepts - the blue pet assists with Classroom Mangement and the purple pet assists with Emotional Regulation. For this reason the resources have been created in those particular colours. Unfortunately we are unable to create both mega bundle resources in all three colours - blue, purple and orange/green.

Your Teacher’s Pet Creature was created with some of the leading theories in classroom behaviour management in mind, however we have left it broad enough to fit in with most behaviour theories that encourage positive behaviours, and setting clear expectations. You can easily order any of our products through our website by adding them to your cart and proceeding to the checkout to complete your payment.

We do accept purchase orders from schools and daycares within Australia. Please reach out via email at info@yourteacherspetcreature.com and we can send you a purchase order form.

You will automatically receive an order confirmation email once you have placed your order. In this email you will find a link to download a PDF copy of your invoice. This invoice includes our ABN and any other information you may need for tax purposes.

Yes you certainly can! We recommend you follow the label on the product and only wash these items in a cold, delicate machine wash in a bag to protect your products. Allow to dry in a shaded area, do not place directly in the sun as fading may occur.

We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and are shown at the checkout.

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number which you can use to keep track of your parcel. Please don't stress if there are time delays between scanned events, it can take time for the Australia Post system to update.

Delivery times will differ and we cannot guarantee your parcel will be delivered in the estimated time frame, however please contact us at info@yourteacherspetcreature.com if you have any concerns.

We attempt to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days, so if you need to make any changes please contact us ASAP. Once your order has been shipped we cannot make any changes.

All orders, whether you pay for standard or express shipping, are processed exactly the same. If you select express shipping at the checkout, your order will not be processed any quicker. Express shipping simply means Australia Post will process the parcel differently so it arrives quicker.
